Thesis: Pet overpopulation is a rising problem in the United States, but it can be resolved by education, adoption, and neutering.
For my final project I am going to use Movie Maker because I can include music, text, videos and photos. It is free and there are no time limits and I find it very easy to use as I have used it multiple times for past projects. I also like Movie Maker because you don't have to pick a certain background or template. Often it is difficult to pick out a template that other sites offer because I can't find one that fits my topic. Movie Maker gives me a lot of freedom to put what I want in my video without having to stick to a certain template or system. There are other videos tools that allow me to incorporate music, text, videos and photos but many of them have limits and restrictions.
